"DAA", 2008 - sense-organics supplied the organic cotton for DAA‘s new collection of t-shirts and sweaters in Fall/Winter 07-‘08 designed by Francisco Costa for Calvin Klein Collection, Playboy Design, Faithless, Katharine Hamnett, Scissor Sisters, The Cardigans, Rogan Gregory, Christophe Coppens and Hemingway Design. www.designersagainstaids.com The t-shirts and sweaters are made of organic cotton in a Fair Trade community in India with the help of German company sense-organics. 50of the net proceeds of the sales of these t-shirts and sweaters will be donated to the Institute for Tropical Medicine in Antwerp (www.itg.be) for their innovative aids research and aids awareness work with doctors in Africa.   << back
